Conference size is limited to 400 participants. The registration may be closed before the above-mentioned deadlines if the limit is reached. Reservation for a participant is made only upon receiving of the registration fee payment.

The registration fee includes: conference materials, attendance to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks and lunches during the meeting, Welcome Reception. 

Accompanying persons should register via the Registration option. Accompanying persons are invited to the Welcome Reception, but they may not attend the Scientific Sessions. Accompanying persons may attend conference dinners and the excursion (in this case, appropriate reservations via the Registration option are required).

Cancellation terms
If a participant decides to cancel his attendance at the Conference, the notification letter supplemented with the request for the reimbursement of the registration fee should be sent by e-mail (see Contacts). Please note that no refund will be available if you have not properly informed the organizers about your cancellation plan.

Cancellation before May, 15: Registration Fees will be completely refunded, except bank charges.
Cancellation May 15 - June 15: 70% of Registration Fees will be refunded, except bank charges.
Cancellation after June 15: no registration refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.

All the refunds will be paid only after the end of the Conference.


To make payment for the registration fee and other services (hotel accommodation, excursions, transfers), please, register online and on your personal account you could choose the preferable way of payment.

In order to get the invoice, you need to add the payer in your personal account ("Payment" category) and fill in the information about the payer. After that the invoice will be formed to the amount of the registration fee, the appropriate category for your participation.
The payments can be done in three different ways
1. Payment by Bank transfer
2. Internet payment
3. Payment via Credit card

1. Payment by Bank transfer.
If the payment by bank transfer was chosen by the participant as the preferable way of payment, the invoice for the total amount for chosen services will be created automatically by pressing the correspondent button. It is possible to pay in EURO. A participant should print out the Invoice and instruct his/her bank or accounts department to remit the money.
The bank fees are covered by the participant. Please, keep in mind the amount of bank fees for payments

2. Internet payment (all major credit cards are accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD)
If you have chosen an Internet payment option simply follow the steps of instruction. 
In case of payment by the credit card with foreign currency (not Russian rubles) the sum will be converted to Russian rubles at the rate of emitting bank (the bank which issued the credit card). Operation of withdrawing from the Customer's credit card is carrying out in Russian rubles.

3. Payment via Credit card (VISA (Classic only), MASTERCARD).
If the Credit Card payment is preferable, the Authorization Form will be sent you upon request by email. After the form receiving, fill it in, sign and send it by e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
The stated amount will be charged from the indicated credit card and send the confirmation of payment to the participant.
